Q : Support Request: Issue with Section Assignment and Website Update

Hello Support Team,

I’m experiencing an issue and need your assistance please

Section Assignment Issue: When I try to assign the section with genres (and other details) it successfully saves, however the website does not update after the changes. but note if i assign a banner it will reflect the update, but the problem is with the section part It seems like the changes are not reflected on the live site even though I am following the correct procedure.

Could you please assist me in resolving this? Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi,

Thanks for the update. I can confirm that the blank screen issue has been resolved. However, the "Continue Watching" feature still doesn't seem to trigger.

Everything has now been resolved by our backend team. Please check the "Continue Watching" feature. Also, the web blank issue has been resolved.

You can't be serious lol. How? it's not showing up on my side. I've clear browser cache, using incognito still doesn't show up. I watch part of the video and back out. still doesn't work. It's not your fault as it working on your side, but any ideas?

I see but that's on the mobile app. However, it seems like it's still not showing on the web version
