Q : Support Request: Issue with Section Assignment and Website Update

Hello Support Team,


I’m experiencing an issue and need your assistance please 

  1. Section Assignment Issue: When I try to assign the section with genres (and other details) it successfully saves, however the website does not update after the changes. but note if i assign a banner it will reflect the update, but the problem is with the section part It seems like the changes are not reflected on the live site even though I am following the correct procedure.


    Could you please assist me in resolving this? Thank you in advance for your help!

Regarding the Kids Section, I'd like to clarify how the Kids Mode feature works:

🔹 When you enter Kids Mode, the app refreshes to load only kids-related content, ensuring a safe viewing experience.
🔹 Similarly, when you exit Kids Mode and return to the main profile, the app refreshes again to display content relevant to the main profile.
🔹 This refresh is an intended feature to ensure that only the appropriate content is visible in each mode.

So, when you enter the Kids Section and it refreshes, this is the expected behavior. Let me know if you have any questions or if you’re facing any other issues. Happy to assist!

Hi,

Thanks for the update! The login issue is fixed, and everything is working now. However, when trying to enter the Kids section, it automatically navigates back to the home screen. Could you please look into this?

To resolve the red line issue under the packages folder, run the following commands one by one:

cd packages
cd chewie
flutter clean
flutter pub get
cd ..
cd vimeo
flutter clean
flutter pub get
cd ..
cd ..
