Q : Support Request: Issue with Section Assignment and Website Update

Hello Support Team,


I’m experiencing an issue and need your assistance please 

  1. Section Assignment Issue: When I try to assign the section with genres (and other details) it successfully saves, however the website does not update after the changes. but note if i assign a banner it will reflect the update, but the problem is with the section part It seems like the changes are not reflected on the live site even though I am following the correct procedure.


    Could you please assist me in resolving this? Thank you in advance for your help!

hi Mr Priyank.

I activated the cash payment method, but when I tried to check out, I didn’t see the option to pay with cash. Could you please explain how it works or how to set it up?

This is what I’m getting. Actually, this is the farthest it goes in showing the logo. However, on an actual device, it just stays completely greyed out.

Hi,

I understand. However, I added a video to the Kids section and tried to access it. As you mentioned, only Kids videos should appear when entering the section, but it’s not filtering out the other videos. I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong—could you please check this?
