To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DivineTechs/CAPIX IT SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of our products or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
