Q : I need help

There is a problem logging in. I did all the settings as I mentioned in the explanation, but I don’t know where the problem is. This is a video that explains the problem.

I meant when you enter the search in the main menu and you are searching for any series, it does not appear, but when you search for movies with ease, this video explains the problem.
