At Skillika, we respect your privacy and give users the ability to request deletion of their account and associated data.
How to Request Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your Skillika account by:
- Sending an email to: support@divinetechs.com
- Including your registered email address or phone number used in the app
OR
- Using the in-app account deletion option (if available)
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
When your deletion request is processed:
- Your Skillika account will be permanently deleted
- Personal profile information will be removed
- Learning history and associated user data will be deleted
Data Retention
Certain information may be retained temporarily if required for:
- Legal obligations
- Fraud prevention
- Security and compliance purposes
Retained data is securely stored and deleted after the required retention period.
