DELETE ACCOUNT – DTWeb
Users of the DTWeb app may request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
How to request account deletion:
Please email support@divinetechs.com from your registered email address and include the subject “Delete My DTWeb Account”.
Information that will be deleted:
- User account information
- Profile details
- Saved preferences and associated app data
- Personal information linked to the account
Data retention:
Some data may be retained temporarily for:
- Legal compliance
- Fraud prevention
- Security purposes
Retained data will be securely deleted after the applicable retention period.
