DELETE ACCOUNT – DTLearning
DTLearning users can request deletion of their account and associated personal information.
How to request account deletion:
Please send an email to support@divinetechs.com using your registered email address and mention “Delete My DTLearning Account”.
Data that will be deleted:
- User profile information
- Account details
- Learning progress and preferences
- Associated personal data stored by the app
Data retention:
Certain data may be retained temporarily if required for:
- Legal obligations
- Fraud prevention
- Security and compliance purposes
Retained information will be securely stored and removed after the required retention period.
