DELETE ACCOUNT – DTEbook
Users of the DTEbook app can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
How to request account deletion:
Send an email to support@divinetechs.com using your registered email address and include the subject “Delete My DTEbook Account”.
What data will be deleted:
- User account information
- Profile details
- Saved educational data and preferences
- Associated personal information stored within the app
Data retention policy:
Certain information may be retained temporarily where required for:
- Legal compliance
- Fraud prevention
- Security purposes
Such retained data will be securely handled and deleted after the required retention period.
