Q : Player Problem

Hi Please we need hwlp to solve the play problem. It is loading endless, because is missing the 'type' when we click. It is weird because the type is registered at login, is in the database (in this webcase the type 3 is saved), but when we click on play gives me this error

Everything is working perfectly without any issues. I have tested it using the same credentials and successfully logged in.
