Q : Player Problem

Hi Please we need hwlp to solve the play problem. It is loading endless, because is missing the 'type' when we click. It is weird because the type is registered at login, is in the database (in this webcase the type 3 is saved), but when we click on play gives me this error

Hi,

After spending two months trying to install the web, Android, and iOS apps, this is my understanding of the situation:

You have installed completely different code from what is available on Envato. It seems you will likely install new code on my server as well. This means you are not providing the same code that is currently installed, which I find deceptive on your part.

Once the web app is fixed, I will need to go through the process of requesting support two more times because I am unsure about the authenticity of the code you provided for the Android and iOS apps. You are causing significant delays, and I suspect there may be additional roadblocks intentionally placed in the Android and iOS code. I will contact Envato's about this aswell becaus this is probablyu a violation of Envato's terms and conditions.
