Q : Player Problem

Hi Please we need hwlp to solve the play problem. It is loading endless, because is missing the 'type' when we click. It is weird because the type is registered at login, is in the database (in this webcase the type 3 is saved), but when we click on play gives me this error

Hi Mr. Priyank, hope you are doing good.

We are not having loging issue anymore, this I fixed as you can see at my other ticket. My problem now is when you click to PLAY the video, the device information is bot been selected, so it keep loading forever. As you can see at the first post of this ticket.
