Q : I need help

Have these problems been solved? I have been waiting for a response for two days and no response
The first problem is turning on subtitles on all videos, and the subtitles do not separate. If you exit the video and come back again, the subtitles are working.

The second problem is that subtitles only works in landscape mode and does not work in full screen

The third problem is when downloading the video, it does not work. In the download list, it only loads and does not work
