Q:

The app shows that a new version is required, but when it redirects me to the google play there’s no update available

Based on the source code we create the apk file and install in our android phone, but when we open the app we got issue, details in below:

1. The app shows that a new version is required, but when it redirects me to the google play there’s no update available.

We get some questions after deploy, need your help to clarify. Very help will be very appreciated.


For the details please check the attached file, summary in below:


  1. We can’t use our own number to register. It shows error to get the OTP. And we can only use default number to login.
  2. HOME Page, Shorts, Feeds, Music are all empty
  3. Clicking "Go Live" issues, please check the details inn the file
