Q : bugs in instalation

during setup the admin panel i got error line mention in below video. i have enter current database also. and alsy tried many time then also faces same problem. please help me

I’m facing the following issues :

Book reading issue: When opening the web version on mobile, books cannot be opened because the “Read” button is missing.
YouTube videos not working: Course YouTube links do not play in the mobile app only.
Background video playback: When playing a course video and directly closing or navigating away without pausing, the video continues playing in the background.
Incorrect course completion percentage: In the “My Courses” section, the percentage exceeds 100% (e.g., 469.46%).
Popup notification issue: Extra/irrelevant text is included in the popup notifications. example (<p>test book<p>)
Notifications not loading: App notifications fail to load properly.
Home section sorting issue: The “Order by upload (Asc/Desc)” option isn’t functioning.
