during setup the admin panel i got error line mention in below video. i have enter current database also. and alsy tried many time then also faces same problem. please help me

now one more problem is :
in course after watching full video , then also this video is not mark as completed . so , we can't attempt quiz.
this issue is facing in both web and app .
