during setup the admin panel i got error line mention in below video. i have enter current database also. and alsy tried many time then also faces same problem. please help me

good morning sir.
we are solve maximum issues , but still some left :
1. search option not working in app.
2. wishList also not working(course, book) in app.
3. in course after watching complete video ,when click "play quiz " then also showing watch all video. but after watch multiple time it give permission to play quiz.
3. after playing quiz in app and web we got in the last question one error "red blank error" which shown in below image.
i have some issues images below.
