Q : bugs in instalation

during setup the admin panel i got error line mention in below video. i have enter current database also. and alsy tried many time then also faces same problem. please help me

I’ve fixed the issue with details opening and committed the latest code to the master branch. Please pull the updates and check on your system.

     but sorry say that till now any when i click any course ( like english learning, which exist in my server ) then it will not load any content. but in web it will work perfectly.

sir please once install my app then check.
