API FAIL WHEN CONNECTING WITH PURCHASE CODE

Hi priyank please look into this , there are small2 minors issue as well...

As my app is live, It's not good to give bad impression on the customer please , the device limit feature is not working properly .

Even after removing the device from manage devices I'm still unable the watch movie it keeps saying max device limit, remove from manage devices... In manage devices there's only 1 device.. and on the player screen when the devices limit notification is given, the app will turn landscape mode automatically and will never turn back to potrait again

I have urgent request my user are facing these issues...

1. Unable to login saying max device sync, how do I reset from admin or how to remove the device??? Even using just 1 devices keep saying that.

2. While the videos are playing, it automatically turns off the phone screen, the phone screen should stay awake as long as the app is playing... It keeps turning off automatically..

We don't have to connect , please tell me the steps I ll fix by myself ..

How do I allow Device limit issue when someone cannot login??

When tried to login it keeps showing device limit sync over ..

I don't want to remove the feature but I want to remove the device where they login so that they can login... Or how do I reset from admin panel the device limit..
