Database not created after pointing URL to server IP

Hi ,

I have pointed the application URL to:

But the database has not been created yet, and the application is still showing the Configure Database page.

Details:

• Database Host: 52.66.184.78
• Database Name: bigpitchure_db
• Database Username: big_user

Please check:

• whether the database is created,
• whether DB user permissions are set correctly,
• and whether any server-side setup is pending.

Because of this, I am unable to complete the installation.
