Installation issue - SQL

Error: SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'tmn_tmcnsttdtcmps_db.tbl_general_setting' doesn't exist


Troubleshooting:

  • Database manually created within Plesk.
  • Database availaable in phpMyAdmin.


There appears to be some steps missing as it pertains to running php artisan commands. I also manually imported the dt_campus.sql file into phpMyAdmin but the error remains on the installation page.

  • This VPS server was re-imaged to accommodate this new installation.


Any directory on how to complete this installation would be appreciated.

The account admin@admin.com has Super Admin panel access. Please ensure that you update the credentials correctly and change the password as needed. The School Admin and Staff panel credentials are different and depend on the schools and staff you have added. If you need further assistance with access or permissions, please let us know.

Should this admin@admin.com account have access to the Admin & Staff dashboards. I cannot type a question mark in this editor.
