I’m writing to report serious issues with the current version of your platform. It’s not just a matter of performance—at this stage, the applications (both web and mobile) are almost entirely non-functional.
To make matters worse, your online documentation appears to be down or broken as well, which leaves me with no way to troubleshoot these issues.
Could you please provide an update on when a stable version will be released and when the documentation will be back online? The current state of the service is making it impossible to work.
