Upgrade the compileSdkVersion to 34 in

Hi, Good Morning!

The localhost base URL will not work when hosting Flutter Web. Please set up the Admin Panel on a live server and update the base URL in the Flutter code. After that, you can run the Flutter Web app on localhost, and it should work correctly.
