I have urgent request my user are facing these issues...




1. Unable to login saying max device sync, how do I reset from admin or how to remove the device??? Even using just 1 devices keep saying that.



2. While the videos are playing, it automatically turns off the phone screen,


3. There are multiple payments which shows successfull but asked for order ID and the payment not capture from the app, even after payment successful they cannot watch or don't have access to movie..
