Change default country code and language

In debug, the apk was created, but what do I do with outdated dependencies? If I try to update it, it gives a lot of errors and doesn't work. I've been trying to upload the application for over a year without success. I've even paid you to organize it yourself, but it still has errors. I need to fix them definitively.

I made the change to flutter as indicated.

but even so when running: flutter build apk --release

Thanks for the update!

The current version of the app code is compatible with Flutter 3.27.0, so please use this version instead of Flutter 3.29.3.
