Your phone, running Android 10, may not support high-resolution videos as smoothly as newer devices like the Samsung running Android 13, which can handle higher resolutions without issue. This could be the reason why some videos work and others do not.
As a workaround, we recommend trying the lower-resolution URL of the same video. This should work more effectively on devices with lower resolution capabilities like your phone.
