How can i start my work ?

If you dont give us reply on ticket and when i was message on whats app everything you told me to raise ticket ?

If you are not able to do this please refund my payment i will purchase another theme.

This is very crucial for me if we dont give delivery to client than everyday i get the penalty so how is responsible for it ?

Sorry to say but we can't provide anydesk support more because this is not code issue. installation and your server configuration issue.
