Thank you for sharing the server credentials. However, it seems that the attachment you mentioned wasn't received. Please note that this version of the Helpdesk doesn't support attachments other than images. You can share the necessary files via a different method, or feel free to use our WhatsApp Business account for any further details: WhatsApp Business Account.
